CJ Smiley is the visionary founder and CEO of Diamond Music Group. With a passion for music, creativity, and community, CJ has built DMG to be a place where artistry thrives, and talented performers can reach their full potential in a supportive environment.

CJ's journey in the music industry began with a degree in Recording Arts and Technologies from Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), where he graduated from one of the country’s top music programs. His expertise in audio engineering and music production has taken him from behind the soundboard to the forefront of Cleveland’s entertainment scene, where he has collaborated with artists like Kyrie Tyler, a renowned musician who has worked with global icons such as Beyoncé, Usher, and Jennifer Lopez.
